At Click Foods, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both customers and partner restaurants.
Before Order Confirmation:
Orders can be canceled without any charges if the restaurant has not yet accepted or started preparing the food.
After Order Confirmation:
Once the restaurant accepts and begins preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible. If allowed, a cancellation charge may apply to cover the restaurant’s preparation cost.
After Dispatch:
Orders cannot be canceled once they are out for delivery.
Click Foods reserves the right to cancel an order due to the following reasons:
The restaurant is unavailable or not accepting orders.
Items ordered are unavailable or out of stock.
Delivery is not possible due to technical or logistical issues.
Suspicious, fraudulent, or high-risk transactions.
In such cases, you will be informed promptly, and any amount paid will be refunded as per our refund policy.
If an order is canceled after it has been accepted by the restaurant, a nominal cancellation fee may be deducted from the refund to compensate for the food preparation and handling costs.
Frequent or repeated cancellations may lead to temporary or permanent restrictions on your account.
