Delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., heavy rain, strikes, public events) are not eligible for compensation.

A delivery attempt may be marked as unsuccessful in the following situations:
Incorrect or incomplete address.
Customer not reachable via provided contact number.
Delivery not accepted within the holding time after the delivery partner arrives.
In such cases, no refund may be issued, and food may be discarded as per hygiene protocol.
During peak hours, weekends, and special occasions, delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering in advance where possible.
